    In this case, there is a good amount of attached gingiva. but what about other cases when you have almost no attached gingiva? Do you prefer a two-staged approach with free gingival graft followed by CAF and CTG three moths after? I have seen many cases treated with only with CAF CTG and the results were perfect.
